This Privacy Policy describes how Sheremetev Artist Engine accesses, uses and protects information received through Google and YouTube API Services.
When an authorized operator connects a YouTube account, the application may access the identity of the authorized YouTube channel, channel metadata, video metadata, upload status and other information necessary to verify the publication target and perform authorized video uploads.
Google and YouTube data is used only to operate authorized Sheremetev channels, verify the correct publication destination, upload approved content, maintain publication integrity and support internal channel management and analytics.
OAuth credentials, including refresh tokens, are stored on restricted server infrastructure. Credentials are not embedded in this public website and are not committed to public source repositories. Operational identifiers and metadata may be retained where required for publication history, integrity checks and analytics.
Google user data is not sold, rented or traded and is not used for advertising. It is not disclosed to third parties except where technically necessary to provide the authorized Google or YouTube API functionality or where required by law.
Authorization credentials may be deleted when access is no longer required. The Google account owner may revoke application access at any time through Google Account security settings.
Sheremetev Artist Engine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
